Love boarding Artemis with Fire Quills! It gives us incredible peace of mind to know that our favorite little pokey girl is well cared for by people who know so much about Hedgies. Also, it is great to know that she will get enrichment pen time so we don't feel guilty that she is cooped up the whole time she's in boarding. Given the level of care she receives while in boarding, the price can't be beat! We will always board with Fire Quills!

The initial meet and greet was fantastic! So much so that I ended up putting the deposit down for one of the babies that was offered to my partner and I down through Paypal when we got home. Emailed FireQuills for confirmation several times (mostly to be sure that the payment went through) and recieved no response. The first email I was fine with the delay because it was Thanksgiving time. No big. But the continued ignored emails afterwards were disappointing to say the least. I do not mind at all that they decided to keep the hedge they offered to let me put a down payment on, just wish I could have recieved a call or email stating the decision. I feel that ignoring multiple emails instead was just disappointing business etiquette. Initial meet & greet was great, though, and for someone wanting to sit and meet hedgehogs to get a feel for them I would still recommend. They very obviously love their hogs and take wonderful care of them.

We received great service when picking up our hedgehog. The process was easy and the breeder is very knowledgable regarding care and issues that could arise. The hedgehogs are handled frequently which is great because they weren't shy with my children. Our hedgehog has adjusted well to his new home! Highly recommend this breeder if you are interested in getting a hedgehog.

We are first time hedgehog owners. Jenny and Ryan showed extreme patients with us. They took the time to answer all of our questions. We had a wonderful time looking at their babies.

Totally loved our time hanging out with hedgies and learning all about them! We loved getting to know the different personalities! Ive seen hedgies at pet stores before and they were not aclumated to human contact like the firequill headgehogs, the fire quill hedge hogs were all really sweet and didnt think twice to lick our fingers and curl up and sleep on us. Loved our experience meeting hedgehogs and the people raising them :)! Totally looking forward to adopting one in the future!

My husband and I had a great meet and great today where we got a lot of useful information and got to handle a few hedgehogs, so excited to get all of the supplies we need to care for a hedgehog and officially get in line for a litter!
